Vaccine Mandates and Legal Liability for Anyone Supporting Them

The first part of the Nuremberg code says: The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.

I could stop right here, because it's clear that children are not capable of giving consent. Adults also cannot give consent because the effects of the vaccines are unknown. Also, there is no free power of choice if a person is being coerced into taking an experimental drug by being threatened to be excluded from society or losing their job or not being given necessary medical treatment. And people definitely do not have sufficient knowledge and comprehension, because even the manufacturers and pushers of the vaccine don't understand the long term outcomes. But, let's keep going. Reason with me.

If I told you that if you are in any way connected with the Vaccine mandates and "green passes" being imposed all over the world, that you can be charged with breaking US and international law, would you believe me? Do you believe that you could be charged with crimes? Here's some examples of where you could be charged; 1) for demanding that someone show you their proof of vaccination 2) if you are an employer, telling your employees that if they don't get vaccinated you will fire them, 3) if you are a doctor and you withhold treatment from someone unless they are vaccinated, 4) if you pressure anyone into getting vaccinated for any reason.

I can hear it now. What are you talking about? The President of the United States has mandated and supports such actions, and the CDC, the WHO, the FDA, and the AMA and other organizations support such actions. How could I be charged with crimes for listening to the President? Let's look at that.
On April 29th,2021 The New York Post published a story about the fact that Nancy Pelosi said that she cannot mandate lawmakers to get COVID vaccines. How is that? She supports the President, she is a law maker, why can't she just tell the House of Representatives at least, since she's the majority leader, to get vaccinated? And if she, as a leader of law makers, does not have the right to mandate vaccination for the other law makers, then how is it that the president, who is not a law maker, could have that right? But if he has that right, then why isn't Nancy listening to him?

The answer is simple. No one has the right to mandate vaccination with an experimental vaccine, not the President of the United States, not the Majority Leader, not the Minority Leader, not a single member of congress, not even the judges that interpret laws. And if they don't, neither does the CDC, WHO, AMA, or any of them. Nancy knows it, and I'm sure the President knows it too.

But wait. They are doing it. The President and other state and local officials are making vaccination mandatory for employees and students, with threats of being kicked out of work or school, and they are developing green passes, and now even talking about vaccinating all children. How can they do this if it is against the law? Again, the answer is simple. They are doing it because they are getting away with it.

Look at it this way. Is rape illegal? I'm pretty sure everyone, including rapists, know that it is. That may deter some people from committing rape, but people still do it. The point is... THE LAW DOES NOT STOP ANYONE FROM DOING ANYTHING THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW... The only thing that stops rape is charging and convicting rapists, after they have done it, and locking them away, so they can't do it again. The point is laws are broken every day, and the people breaking them hope that no one finds out and that they can get away with it. So, that's how all these governments and non government agencies are getting away with it.

The next question is, what laws are being broken? That's actually the biggest part of the problem. If you don't know the law or your rights under the law, how will you know if you have legal recourse against someone. If they tell you what they are doing is legal, or if they just act like it's legal, you will probably believe them. And you will go along with them. And the worst part of it is that they hide behind "emergency powers" and spew out dictates, and pretend that these things are laws. They convince you that these dictates are laws and you follow them. They are not laws. They are government and agency overreach. There is not bite to the bark. Just a lot of frothing at the mouth and noise.

So, what are the laws. From the first paragraph, the obvious one is the Nuremberg Code. The result of the post WWII Nazi trials of the Nazi regime, the supporting doctors, and the support staff. And as a result of those trials people were convicted and some were even hung. The Code was published to insure that this could never happen again. What could never happen again? That doctors could not experiment on human beings with experimental drugs without their full consent. You saw the first part of the code. Here are just parts of the rest of the items in the code. Go search it out and read the full text. It's not that long, and it's in clear language. Remember, it's INTERNATIONAL LAW:
1. See the first paragraph of this letter.
2. Experimentation should yield good results for society.
3. Experimentation should be based on results of animal trials.
4. Avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering.
5. No experimentation where it is not clear that death or injury will not occur.
6. Reward must be higher than risk.
7. Preparation to insure there will be no injury, disability, or death.
8. The highest medical standards only by qualified persons.
9. The subject (people) can say STOP at any time.
10. At any sign of injury to test subjects, the experimenter must terminate the experiment.

Wow! Well, let's see, how many of these are being broken with the COVID-19 vaccination program. BY MY COUNT, AT LEAST EIGHT OF THESE ARE BEING BROKEN, and I would say all ten at this point.

I'm not going to get into it here, but in the US there is also Title 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 50.20, which deals with the same subject.. "General Requirements for Informed Consent". You may want to get familiar with it.

The question to ask yourself is, are you in any way promoting or coercing people into mandatory vaccination and passes? Do you really think that saying "the president made me do it" or "the WHO advised" or "I'm just following OSHA guidelines" or "the governor said it was legal" or "my employer told me to do it", is going to save you in a law of court. THE COURT WILL HOLD YOU LIABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS. The lawyers and judges may charge others based on your testimony, but you will be held to account, for crimes you commit.
