Alaska 2010 (Our Asses Go To Alaska)
For a couple years now I've been considering Alaska as a possible destination for a motorcycle ride. Course that's no small undertaking, and requires a large chunk of free time. So, I suggested to the wife that we fly there, and since she's wanted to go for some time anyway, we did some research into travel arrangements, talked to a travel agent, and the trip was on.
We didn't really have any great plans other than stay in Anchorage and rent a car. We did find a pretty cool web site, Alaska.org, which was maintained by some regular Alaskan folks, so it gave us the inside scoop on things to do while in the area.
